Sir Preston McIntyre
Preston L. McIntyre is an executive advisor, cross-border strategist, and founder operating at the intersection of capital, trade, and sovereign engagement. He advises principals, family offices, and institutional stakeholders on structured transactions, infrastructure alignment, and strategic capital deployment across the GCC, Africa, and North America.
He works selectively on mandates involving pre-IPO secondary positioning, private placements, commodity trade flows, and government-linked infrastructure initiatives. His advisory spans capital bridging, real estate and land strategy, energy trade, and large-scale development structuring.
Preston is the Founder of ROAD X7 and Executive Chairman of MacWilo Group, where he leads cross-border initiatives connecting investors, operators, and public sector counterparts. His background includes advisory roles in diplomacy and security policy within the UAE, as well as involvement in philanthropic and international development initiatives.
Knighted under the Order of Malta in 2022, Preston maintains an active commitment to mentorship, emerging markets development, and principled long-term capital formation.
